Dubai Sustainability Challenge​

An initiative organised by Companies for Good and powered by DoGood, designed to turn sustainability into meaningful collective action across leading organisations in the UAE.

95% of participants rated the DoGood experience as "Good" or "Excellent" and 88% said they would recommend it to others in their company.

The challenge

Over three weeks, employees from different companies took part in a friendly, gamified challenge: learning, acting, and collaborating to create real environmental impact.

Through this dynamic digital experience, participants completed thousands of sustainable actions, saved resources, and strengthened teamwork and awareness, proving that collaboration and innovation can make sustainability truly engaging and measurable.

Together, these organizations achieved remarkable impact in just three weeks, proving that when employees are empowered to act, sustainability becomes tangible, measurable, and truly engaging.

The program included five main learning modulesAdapting to Climate Change, The Size of Your Footprint, Energy Efficiency, Responsible Consumption, and Saving Water at Home. Across all participating companies, each module reached completion rates above 60%, demonstrating strong engagement and genuine interest in sustainability topics among employees.

The Dubai Sustainability Challenge has set a strong precedent for corporate collaboration on ESG engagement, combining education, gamification, and real-world action. This first edition has built a solid foundation for even greater participation and impact in future challenges.
