Our client since
Siemens Gamesa wanted to make employees aware of sustainable practices that would help them make positive changes in their lives and make them part of the climate change solution. On the way to employee engagement and measuring the impact of their actions, they wanted to give light to the SGRE Social Commitment platform.
We began the preparation and landing of the program by first dividing the workforce in order to ensure an active and continuous interaction during the year and actively analyzing metrics to make the most out of the tool in each location.
We prepared an aligned set of challenges with the Social Commitment platform in order to give it more visibility. We then launched a communication strategy to help engage as many people as possible through multiple launches where employees could join by preference and convenience.
We worked with 80 Sustainability Ambassadors from Siemens Gamesa as well as with the Social Commitment team, and the global IT and communication departments to foster engagment. At the moment we have more than 2000 participants in 40 different countries with a total of more than 23,000 sustainable actions carried out through DoGood.
