Meaningful gifts and festive tables without waste. Participants learn to consume more consciously, supporting local, sustainable or fair trade options, and avoiding the excess typical of this time of year.
Decoration and sustainable energy

The magic of Christmas can shine with less impact. This section offers creative ideas for decorating with recycled materials and practical tips for reducing energy consumption from lights and heating.
Solidarity and community
1 module
The essence of Christmas is sharing. Here, participants are encouraged to get involved in small acts of kindness: from supporting vulnerable groups to accompanying elderly people, reinforcing values of empathy and inclusion.
Personal wellbeing at celebrations
1 module
In between celebrations and commitments, there is also time to take care of yourself. This section helps you manage Christmas stress, encourage digital disconnection, and enjoy the holidays with more calm and personal balance.
