pasado Jueves 27 de Junio tuvimos el placer de ser part\u00edcipes en la <strong><span style=\"color: #047c89;\">ImpACT Week 2024<\/span><\/strong> organizada por <strong><span style=\"color: #047c89;\">EY<\/span><\/strong>, como parte de la mesa redonda en la que hablamos del impacto de la cultura corporativa y c\u00f3mo esta puede impulsar la transformaci\u00f3n sostenible.\u00a0<\/p><p>Durante la jornada presentamos el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dogoodpeople.com\/es\/guias-ods-empresas\/estudio-de-diagnostico-de-cultura-corporativa-y-sostenibilidad\/\">estudio la tercera sesi\u00f3n de la ImpACT Week, la cultura corporativa se ve afectado por numerosas palancas, y el impacto de la sostenibilidad en todo ello significa que todas estas palancas deben moverse y cambiar en alguna medida.\u00a0<\/p><p>La cultura corporativa, en pocas palabras, nos habla de cu\u00e1les son las palancas que hacen que se mueva y funcione una organizaci\u00f3n. Esta \u00faltima podemos seccionarla en 5 bloques diferentes que responden al tipo de palancas. Por un lado hablamos de <span style=\"color: #047c89;\">prop\u00f3sito y valores<\/span> y c\u00f3mo estos pueden ser motores de transformaci\u00f3n; en segundo lugar indagamos en la <span style=\"color: #047c89;\">estructura formal de la compa\u00f1\u00eda<\/span>, es decir, el organigrama que puede impulsar la transformaci\u00f3n sostenible.<\/p><p>En tercer lugar, hablamos de la <span style=\"color: #047c89;\">estructura informal de las empresas<\/span>, es decir, los motores y comportamientos informales que afectan a la din\u00e1mica organizacional. En cuarto lugar nos encontramos con <span style=\"color: #047c89;\">las personas y los perfiles diferentes que componen la empresa<\/span> y que pueden determinar si las cosas pasan o no.
