Sin embargo, las pol\u00edticas y los enfoques de gesti\u00f3n de personas se han quedado un poco atr\u00e1s con respecto a las tecnolog\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>Pero si bien la pandemia ha sido fundamental de crear compromiso y gestionar un equipo de personas de forma sostenible; pero lo m\u00e1s importante es tratar a las personas con responsabilidad, valorando su talento y contribuci\u00f3n, y personas habr\u00e1 muchos aspectos que entrar\u00e1n en juego, desde las preocupaciones sociol\u00f3gicas y emocionales de los empleados, hasta la gesti\u00f3n del talento y los recursos humanos o la
