Abarcan necesidades intr\u00ednsecas como el trabajo y los logros desafiantes, el reconocimiento de tales logros, el avance, la responsabilidad, <a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2019\/12\/burnout-is-about-your-workplace-not-your-people?utm_medium=social&amp;utm_campaign=hbr&amp;utm_source=LinkedIn&amp;tpcc=orgsocial_edit\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">la oportunidad de hacer algo significativo<\/a>, la participaci\u00f3n en la toma de decisiones y un sentido de relevancia en la empresa. <\/p>\n<p><strong>El agotamiento ocurre cuando uno o m\u00e1s de estos elementos faltan o desaparecen progresivamente.<\/strong> El dolor o la insatisfacci\u00f3n se acumulan lentamente hasta desgastar a las personas. Pero no todo es blanco o negro, es decir, aunque la empresa se esfuerce en tener estos \u00faltimos factores, nada garantiza que funcionen, excepto una cosa, hacer las preguntas adecuadas y buscar los problemas que m\u00e1s necesitan solucionarse.
