d\u00eda; de hecho, la naturaleza globalizada de nuestras sociedades hace que sea a\u00fan m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil no hacer de la diversidad una cualidad b\u00e1sica en el lugar de trabajo.<\/p><p>Sin embargo, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dogoodpeople.com\/es\/tendencias-rsc\/cultura-sostenible\/recursos-humanos\/los-principales-retos-de-rrhh-en-2023\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">entre los retos m\u00e1s destacados para los departamentos de RR.HH. en la actualidad, se encuentra el de <strong>la gesti\u00f3n de la diversidad<\/strong>.<\/a> Esto, aunque es beneficioso, no surge de la nada, sino que es algo que debe cuidarse para que prospere de manera saludable y sientan alineadas, lo que inevitablemente dar\u00e1 como resultado una mejor evaluaci\u00f3n de los intereses y demandas de los consumidores. <\/p>\n<p>De hecho, hay muchos estudios que respaldan los beneficios de la diversidad y la inclusi\u00f3n en el lugar de trabajo.
