Y nosotros creemos que la transparencia es la \u00fanica manera de llegar a ello:<\/p>\n<p>Los <strong>valores, visi\u00f3n y misi\u00f3n de la empresa<\/strong> deber\u00edan comunicarse claramente y trasladarse a los empleados y a su d\u00eda a d\u00eda de tal manera que les empodere.
